1) Who we are & scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Diamond Life Group (“Diamond Life,” the licensed agency and data controller) and Diamond Financial Group LLC operating the marketing brand CDL Solutions (our service provider/marketing partner) collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our ads, websites, forms, quizzes, SMS, email, and phone calls related to life-insurance quotes (the “Services”). Our Services are for U.S. residents who are 18 or older. We do not advertise to or knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2) What we collect

You provide: name, phone, email, state/ZIP, age range, tobacco status, budget, and any details you choose to share so we can determine options.
Automatic data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, coarse location from IP, and campaign parameters (e.g., UTM).
Sensitive (optional): limited health/beneficiary info you choose to provide for eligibility/pricing. We do not request Social Security numbers in our quiz.

3) How we use information

Review your submission and have a licensed agent from Diamond Life contact you—typically within 24 hours—with personalized options you may qualify for.
Operate, secure, measure, and improve the Services.
Comply with legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.

4) How we share information

Only with Diamond Life’s licensed agents and staff to obtain quotes and present options.
Service providers (hosting, CRM, messaging/SMS, analytics) under contracts limiting use to our instructions.
Legal/compliance disclosures if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or exchange your lead information with third parties for their independent marketing.

5) Calls, texts, and email (TCPA/A2P)

By submitting our form/quiz and opting in, you agree that Diamond Life (via its licensed agents) may contact you at the phone and email you provide about life-insurance options, including by call or text (which may use an autodialer). Consent isn’t required to purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We honor opt-outs promptly and register messaging per applicable A2P 10DLC requirements.

6) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and ad performance measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. If a cookie banner is shown, your choices will apply to that browser/device.

7) Data retention

Lead and communication records are retained as needed to provide quotes, meet legal/licensing requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain records (typically up to 5 years, or longer if required). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit, vendor agreements). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email diamondfinancialgroup8@gmail.com.
